The mission of the company is to provide wide range of services with Aged-care which is one of fulfillment and strategic success. The goal of Baptcare Company is to collaborate to the fullness of life of every individual of all ages, cultures, the beliefs and the circumstances. This industry provides home facilities and 24 hour care for elderly people. With growing ageing population and its demand for relevant services aged care sector has been experiencing dramatic growth over the past years. The aim of this report is to identify the cooperative strategies. Along with this, the objective of the report is to identify the kinds of the cooperative strategies the company is using. This report would cover the management capabilities of the Beptcare to manage the cooperative strategies in the market. Their major goals are to set the independence of home, build a community that is integrated and always ready for an erist ic market. Cooperative Strategy of Beptcare Company Cooperation strategy refers to the strategy in which a company works with other companies to achieve the goals and objectives. The strategy of the company for cooperation strategy is to internal development of the business, merger and acquisition and cooperation. Cooperation strategy impacts on the companys operations, business and global strategies (University of Birmingham 2016). The strategy is helpful for the company to get competitive advantage in the market. In case of Baptcare Company, the company has cooperative strategy to fulfill its goals and objectives. The aim of the company is to provide care and support to the patients. For achieving the goals, the company has done partnership with Maltese community in 2015 (Baptcare, 2016). Kind and Purpose of the Strategy The Baptcare Company has a great history of providing care services to support the lives of older people. Baptcare Company adopted partnership under network cooperative strategy with the Maltese community. The network cooperative strategy refers to the strategy in which company does partnership with other company to achieve the goals. The purpose of the partnership is that the Maltese community and Baptcare Company will provide the best possible care services to the society. Both the companies will provide the care and provision of services combine with the values, beliefs and traditions. This partnership is the key of new paradigm of care services. Benefit of this partnership to Baptcare Company is that it will be able to train the employees to deliver high quality of care services (Baptcare, 2015). Partnering with Other Firm Baptacre Company is the company of delivering care services. It is obvious that a care servicing company cannot be able to work alone in the market. There are many situations where company needs to support. Thus, the decision of the Baptcare Company is right to do partnership with the Maltese community. The decision is right because this partnership is strongly focused on the objective of the Baptcare Company which is to provide best service care to older people. Mission of the company is to full the lives of society with happiness and joy. Partnership with the Maltese community is right decision of the Baptcare Company. Method of Cooperative Strategy Baptcare Company can use the network cooperative strategy. Under the network cooperative strategy, the company can use stable alliance network. The strategic stable alliance network will be helpful for the company in the long term growth and achievement. This strategy would help the company to achieve the goals by doing partnership with matured firms. In this strategy, Company gains profit with multiple alliances and with multiple partners. This strategy would be helpful to gain competitive advantage and expand the capabilities for delivering services (Baptcare, 2010). Management Capability of Baptcare to Manage Cooperative Strategy Baptcare is a non-profit organization that provides society and residential care for old peoples. It also provides support to children and families who live with a disability. The company has management capabilities to manage the cooperative strategy. It is proved by the partnership with the Maltese community. The company wanted to work with the Maltese community so that it can provide best care services to the society. The reason of thinking so is that company wants to create values in the market. Undoubtedly the company wants to be the leader in the industry so that it could cover more and more people who need care and support (Baptcare, 2014). Conclusion Thus the above discussion, it has been analyzed that the cooperation strategy is very necessary for internal development of the business. It also has been analyzed that the company is moving towards achieving a sustainable competitive advantage within the aged care industry.
